Transformation of an office into a luxurious 4-bedroom home
On this occasion, we tackled the conversion of an office floor into a spacious and sophisticated four-bedroom home. The design proposal focused on a balanced distribution between private and public areas, optimizing natural lighting and ventilation.
Distribution and zoning
The long part of the floor was allocated to private areas, while the area connecting the façade to the terrace was configured as the public space. In this way, we achieved an L-shaped layout, where the open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen merge into a spacious and bright environment. The kitchen, the protagonist of this space, is visually integrated by an elegant black marble island.
Master suite and bedrooms
Strategically located behind the kitchen, the master bedroom features a luxurious en-suite bathroom, equipped with a separate bathtub and shower, as well as a spacious dressing room with sliding iron glass doors, providing functionality and sophistication. Each of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom, as well as an additional guest toilet.
Connection with the outside
The large terrace becomes a privileged space for outdoor enjoyment, allowing residents to take advantage of sunny days with their families and add a touch of greenery to the building.
